Material Exceptions Report
Objective: Gain an understanding of the Material Exceptions Report and how to run it.
The Material Exceptions Report is generated in order to confirm that the Material for each Valuation record matches the Material for its parent Component.
To run the Material Exceptions Report, users load the 'Valuations' module from the Navigation Sidebar, and then select the 'Material Exceptions' tab:
This will generate the report:
For any Component record in the system whose most recent Valuation Record has a different Material, a row with information about the Component will be shown in the report. Users can then click through into the Component to resolve any differences.
